Research

I believe research and clinical practice should continually inform one another. The questions I ask in the therapy room often become the questions I investigate through research, while emerging scientific findings continually shape the way I work with clients, supervise clinicians, and teach future counselors. My scholarship focuses on complex trauma, neuroscience, mindfulness, spirituality, and integrative psychotherapy with the goal of building bridges between research, education, and compassionate clinical practice. Below you will find links to my publications, presentations, and current projects that continue to shape this work.
