Information

Good therapy is an investment in yourself. It gives back what you put in.
Individual Counseling sessions are $200 for 55 minutes.
There are several benefits to private pay, such as:
The option to receive counseling for needs beyond a DSM diagnosis.
The ability to determine the frequency and duration of your treatment.
The peace of mind of knowing that your information is confidential.
If private pay is not feasible, we can negotiate sliding scale with proof of income if sliding scale spaces are available. I am also paneled with several insurance providers.
-
I am currently paneled with the following Insurance providers
Providence Health Plan (Oregon)
Carelon Behavioral Health (Oregon)
Aetna (Oregon, Texas)
Cigna (Oregon, Texas)
Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon
Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas
***Note: Insurance only covers formal DSM-5 diagnoses. If you are seeking services for an issue not considered a mental health diagnosis, such as for depth processing of transpersonal or mystical experience, you cannot use insurance unless you also qualify for a formal diagnosis. If you do not qualify for a formal diagnosis, then you will be considered self-pay and subject to self-pay rates for services.
-
You may cancel your session at any time for any reason.
Please also understand that you will have a designated slot each week that I reserve for only you. Late cancellations or no-shows prevent me from using my time productively. They also mean that I do not get paid. As such:
If you choose to cancel without providing at least 24 hours notice either via email, text, or voicemail, you will be charged 50% of your fee.
If you miss your appointment without notice, you will be charged your full fee.
***Note: Insurance does not cover missed appointment fees, any late cancellation fees will be charged out of pocket.
-
The Good Faith Estimate of the No Surprises Act is designed to give clients predictability and agency in the fee process for medical and mental health services.
Because everyone has different therapy needs, we cannot provide an exact amount for the total cost of the duration of your therapy.
However, individual session fees are posted throughout this website and discussed during the informed consent process of your first session. You are free to terminate services at any time for any reason.
